Working closely alongside the property developers, we were happy to get involved with all aspects of the creative brief for a smart new development, Park View, in the West Midlands.
Being part of a project from its very inception is creatively very exciting, starting at the very beginning with the naming of the development and then following the chosen route through to a full suite of marketing material, ensuring brand consistency throughout.
As part of the marketing collateral for Park View, we created environmental graphics, including site hoardings. These immediately set the tone for the luxury development, even during its construction, which was aimed at young professionals.
Both the name, Park View, and the branding, reflected the apartments’ stunning location overlooking Shirley Park.
Supporting the on site graphics, traditional print material, such as brochures, was also created. Such marketing material is still very relevant and important in marketing property developments, as many potential buyers like to have a physical brochure that they can take away with them to peruse at their leisure; reflecting the identity and target market within the brochure is therefore crucial.
Of course, in this digital age, any printed material is always best supported with a digital presence, and the website we created for the Park View development did exactly that.
Having worked closely with the property developers from the very start of the project, we were able to ensure consistency and creative excellence from the off.
Taking a project from the naming stage through to the final creative assets is always a real pleasure, especially when a brand comes together as beautifully as it did with Park View.
