Cornish Steelworks
Kelham Island in Sheffield is one of the coolest neighbourhoods in UK, a favourite with students and post grads. The new 33 high specification apartments and two ground floor commercial units needed a name and brand.
With careful consideration when balancing industrial heritage and a hipster target audience the brand was created.
The brand took heavy inspiration from the buildings history of metal works using Cornish Copper. This was brought to life through a suite of striking marketing materials, including hoardings, brochures and a website.
