Tri-umphant support for SNAP
What happens when an idea of a sporting event to support local charity, SNAP, is thought up over a glass or two of wine at a charity cricket match? Try-a-tri is born!
Ok so there was a little more to it than an enthusiastic idea discussed on a summer’s day at the cricket back in 2022, but we’d wanted to create a sporting event to support SNAP for quite some time. And discussing it on that summer’s day was the first step to it becoming a reality.
Step in some of our local partners and experienced triathlon organisers Tri Sport Essex and suddenly the idea of a charity sporting event became much more of a reality…
